Elastic to be natively integrated as a first-party service in Microsoft Azure

We are excited to announce the launch of our private preview for Elastic first-party integration with Microsoft Azure. Soon you will be able to deploy and manage Elasticsearch, Kibana, and the rest of the Elastic Stack from within the Azure portal as a native Azure service.

First-party integration with Azure brings you a number of benefits including:

  • Find and deploy Elastic on Azure with just a few clicks
  • Streamline authentication with single sign-on (SSO) between the Azure and Elastic consoles
  • Automate the ingestion of logs and metrics from Azure services
  • Secure network traffic between Elastic and other Azure services with Azure Private Link
  • Receive consolidated Azure bills containing your Elastic usage charges

As a first-party service, you can find and deploy Elastic from the Azure portal, as a native Microsoft Azure service like virtual machines. Provision prebuilt solutions including Elastic Enterprise Search, Observability, and Security, or implement your own search and visualization applications using the Elastic Stack.

Run Elastic in any of the growing number of Azure-supported regions on Elastic Cloud and benefit from data locality and low latency by bringing your applications closer to your data.

The integrated Azure portal experience allows you to immediately deliver your logs and metrics from your Azure resources directly to Elastic — all with just a few simple clicks, without having to install or manage any data shippers yourself.

View and manage your Elastic instances directly from the Azure console. You can easily view the health and status of your Elastic Stack deployments without having to leave the Azure console. Advanced configuration is simply a click away with an integrated SSO that lets you access the Elastic Cloud console with your Microsoft account.

Native integration makes finding and consuming Elastic on Azure even easier. Once you get started you can search, observe, and protect your entire Azure ecosystem.
