About the author
Mithun Radhakrishnan is a systems engineer working on GPU accelerated data analytics projects at NVIDIA. He contributes to the RAPIDS Accelerator for Apache Spark, and the RAPIDS cuDF projects. Prior to working at NVIDIA, Mithun worked on Apache Hadoop, Apache Hive, Apache HCatalog, and related projects, with focus on scaling out the projects for petabyte-scale use at Yahoo!. Mithun was also a firmware engineer on Hewlett Packard's Itanium Server lineup.
