KubeCon Europe 2023 is right around the corner, and we look forward to meeting you in person in Amsterdam this year! We love talking about technology and finding answers to your problems, whether you need help around observability and security for your Kubernetes environments or want to learn more about OpenTelemetry, Istio, machine learning, and beyond.

What can you expect from Elastic at KubeCon EMEA 2023?

Dive into all things Elastic, and be sure to drop by our booth #G3 at the RAI Convention Center to chat with our engineers, solution architects, developer advocates, and Community team. We’ll have all the usual cool Elastic swag, along with some great demos of what Elastic can do for your observability and security needs.

If you’d like some individual time with one of our experts, feel free to schedule a meeting with us! We also have an Elastic User Group meetup running on April 18th (the first day of KubeCon Europe), in our Elastic office in Amsterdam, located at Keizersgracht 281, 1016 ED Amsterdam.

Doors open at 17.30, and the presentations begin at 18.00. Food, refreshments, and networking to follow. If you weren’t familiar, Elasticsearch was founded in Amsterdam back in 2012!

Have you heard? We had some very exciting news at KubeCon! Our proposal to merge Elastic Common Schema (ECS) and OpenTelemetry Semantic Conventions has been accepted by OpenTelemetry! The goal is to achieve convergence of ECS and OpenTelemetry’s Semantic Conventions into a single open schema that is maintained by OpenTelemetry. Get the ECS contribution details in our FAQ and learn how it will help drive the industry to a common schema impacting the future of observability and security deployments.
