Machine learning settings in Kibana

editYou do not need to configure any settings to use Kibana machine learning features. They are enabled by default.
General machine learning settings

[7.16.0] Deprecated in 7.16.0. In 8.0 and later, this setting will no longer be supported. Set to
true(default) to enable Kibana machine learning features.
If set to
falseinkibana.yml, the machine learning icon is hidden in this Kibana instance. Ifxpack.ml.enabledis set totrueinelasticsearch.yml, however, you can still use the machine learning APIs. To disable machine learning entirely, refer to Elasticsearch machine learning settings.
