Platinum features

edit

While you can use most Enterprise Search features for free, some features require a subscription or trial. These are called Platinum features or Platinum-level features.

See the list of Platinum features and how to access them in your deployments.

List of Enterprise Search Platinum features

edit

The following pages on the Elastic website list the subscription levels required for various Enterprise Search features:

Accessing Enterprise Search Platinum features

edit

To access Platinum features, purchase a subscription or start a free trial. Details vary by deployment type.

Elastic Cloud & Elastic Cloud Enterprise

edit

Enterprise Search deployments on Elastic Cloud and Elastic Cloud Enterprise (ECE) provide access to all Enterprise Search features, including Platinum-level features. Get started with Elastic Cloud or ECE with a free trial and then purchase a subscription to continue beyond the trial period.

Elastic Cloud offers multiple subscription levels, but these levels do not affect Enterprise Search features. All Enterprise Search features are available at all Elastic Cloud subscription levels.

ECE has only one subscription level.

Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes & The Elastic Stack

edit

Everyone can use Elastic Cloud on Kubernetes (ECK) and the Elastic Stack without a paid subscription. However, to access Enterprise Search Platinum features, you must start a subscription or trial.

Self-managed Elastic Stack deployments can choose from multiple subscription levels, but to use Platinum features, you must purchase a Platinum level subscription. Alternatively, start a trial, which also provides Platinum-level access.

ECK has only one subscription level.

Starting your trial or subscription

edit

It takes up to 5 minutes for license change to be reflected in Enterprise Search.

Review the procedure that applies to your deployment:
